What Bike Liscence Do I Need?

I want to ride a restricted 33PS (or bhp) what ever they call it bike. I've just turned 19 years old and haven't done any bike tests before but I have a full Car Licence. Is this possible? If so what test('s) would I need to do? Does restricting a Yamaha R6 to 33PS count? And finally would I have to take it to Yamaha them selves to do it or who?

you don't need to do any tests! (sorry only if you are from UK, if you got car lisence you also allowed to drive any moto and bike or any other 2 wheeler)
