What bike/bicycle frame size corresponds to the below measurements? I am 5'11" , is

this bike for me? This is from the seller's email: When I measure from the bottom of the wheel to the top of the handle bars it measures 37in.
On the back wheel to the area where you adjust the seat height. it measures 34in.
From the pedal to the seat ht. measures between 24in-27in..

Too bad he gave you measurement that don't need much. The pedal to the seat measurement sounds too short for you height.

Measure your inseam and go to this site.
