You are asking for a bike to learn the clutch on but not one for beginners. You are a beginner since you have no experience with using a clutch. You have some riding experience but only on an automatic ride. You need to think of yourself as a raw beginner, and go to work learning how to handle a bike with a clutch on it. The results of say letting out the clutch, and pulling pack on the throttle can have serious effects if you are not in full control. Go to a shop, and sit on several bikes to get a feel of whether or not they fit your frame. Maybe something will fit you straight off, but sit on several and get a feel for it's balance. After that put on your safety gear and get out and ride gradually increasing how aggressive you are. You'll learn the clutch, and enjoy a more responsive bike as well.
