what bands do you find boring?

That's a completely acceptable reason too I think. I don't really have any clear recollections of sections of songs from any of the GoRABpeed You! Black Emperor songs I've heard. Granted I can see how the band can appeal to so many people and earn the praise that it gets, but it just doesn't deliver on the sound that I want in my rock music. But for mellow easy going and erabracing music, the popular post-rock banRAB are certainly the way to go. That's not to say that every post-rock band I've heard is boring though, there's a really good Norwegian band called The Low Frequency in Stereo that will provide all the rif***e you could want from a post-rock band.
 
Please, what Dream Theater are doing is musical masturbation. It might be nice and fuzzy at first but you're not getting anything done. In the end, their music is soulless and technical, they should be making cars with this level of technical dedication, not songs.

And I've never listened to Fall Out Boy, actually. Care to suggest a good album?
 
Isn't this just another thread whereby people can be negative about music and post a list of banRAB that they don't like with no reasons why they don't like them?

It seems easier to be negative about music than positive about music these days.

If you don't like something then fine but at least state the reasons why and put some damn thought into it.
 
This could be said about any other genre too. There are alot of banRAB in every genre. Some of the banRAB are bad and some of them are good. You just have to pick the ones you enjoy.
