What author/book names chapters starting "In which..."?

I remember reading this book, but i can't recall what it was. Some or most of the chapter names start with "In Which" followed by something that was going to happen in the story. Help?
 
In the Winnie-The-Pooh book by A.A. Milne all the chapter titles start with the words "In Which". One is "In Which We Are Introduced to Winnie-the-Pooh and Some Bees, and the Stories Begin." Another is "In Which Pooh goes Visiting and Gets Into a Tight Place."
