so, I already had the flight II and its battery life was horrific..

Pantech laser i checked out in store and its keyboard seems a bit to stiff for my taste.

I have also heard it is limited to 300 text.

Are there any decent phones out there?

I loved the flight II"s keyboard.. but, the battery life and lack of threaded sms is something of a deal breaker..

kinda at my wits end trying to find a decent non smartphone..
 
I actually have seen it and thought about it but, I don't believe they had it in the at&t store.

I will try to track one down and check it out in store before I jump on it for sure.

Thanks man. You have no idea how much I appreciate the suggestion though.
 
90% of my communication is via text.

I text while playing games at home between respawns in mmo's, pause the game if I can.

I check my phone soon as I walk out of class shoot text.

ect ect.

I would love to use it for email/browsing as well but, that is not and will never be an option.

I really just need an excellent keyboard with great battery life and really prefer threaded texting.

Being in college there isn't time to really talk, and it really end sup in phone tag more than anything else if your not texting.
