What Army Patch Is This?

Hello, I forget where exactly I saw this but I saw a patch on a jacket someone was wearing and the patch was like, 3 arrows pointing down, kind of like 3 V's on top of each other like this--------

If someone could help me out that would be great, cause i thought it looked like an army ranking or something.

UPDATE:
in the US army ranking system it looks like the Sergeant Insignia Badge, except flipped upside down (if that helps)
