what are your thoughts on the book "7 habits of highly effective teens"?

i think its useful for me, it helped me organize my life but i also think its kinda boring since I'm always taking Cornell notes on it at school for avid

It wasn't to bad, but I got alot of the same advices before.

I thought it was stupid. Teens are teens not adults. This book seemed to push a person to be absolutely perfect in every way. But doesn't teach that winning isn't everything. Horrible advice in a horrible book.
