What are your thoughts on my higher education plan?

I think it'll be an exciting and interesting journey. Really, you don't need to go to those private Ivy leagues. For your profession, a university like NYU or any public universities would do.

I am planning on applying to the following before graduating high school:

University of Toronto
Ryerson University
Stanford
NYU
Yale
Brown
Columbia

I am leaning most towards University of Toronto and NYU though.

For university, I plan on studying marketing/advertising. Once I graduate after four years, I plan on applying to one of these colleges for graphic design:

Parsons
OCAD
Academy of Design (in Toronto)

I currently take the IB diploma programme and am aiming to get 35-38+ points.

What do you think of this plan?
