What are your thoughts about a Honda CRV 1999-2004 with about 90k?

What are your thoughts about buying a Honda CRV 1999-2004 with about 90k? Good reliabel used car? What would a good price be? I've seen similar cars with similar mileage going for anywhere from high 4k to high 7k
 
i would base them individually that's for sure.
some are pounded to death.
