my Personal answer is to get in there, use tractor beams, warp out, if that doesn't work, eject warp core next to Klingon/Romulan ships, get the hell out of there, whilst using the holographic program used in 'voyager' to project identical ships, distracting the enemy ships, and finally self destruct the ship if all else fails
