one of my favorites is the one where it's Lisa's birthday and Michael Jackson comes and sings for her. I also like the one where Aunt Patty (or Aunt Selma I cant remeraber) brings Bart and Lisa to that Duff amusement park.
 
Brother From Another Series
The one where Sideshow Bob gets out of jail (yeah I know, which one?? :lol: ) and works for his brother, Cecil. That one is so cool, I've seen it, like, a million times.

Bob: Who is that? Why, it's Bart Simpson!
[calling] Hello, Bart!
[Bart ducks]
He's just a little shy because I've tried to kill him so many times.
Cecil: Ah.


Bart: And God bless Mom and Dad and Lisa and Maggie. And please, God, kill Sideshow Bob.
[Homer and Marge react with alarm]

I love pretty much every episode but the ones that come to my mind right now is
the one where Homer thinks he has found an alien and it's Mr.Burns
The one when Homer starts a webpage and gets taken to "the island"
 
My favourite Simpson episode will ever remain 'The Springfield Files', that X-files spoof with the alien that turned out to be Mr Burns.
I almost died that day; I was laughing so hard that I choked on my food (almost) to death. ;)
