ok so i was reading my dvd shelf contemplating what i wanna watch tonight [as i dont sleep well] ...and began thinking ...what are some peoples fave foreign films ???
i have a variety .....so heres the short list
sweden -the new mnakind
denmark - open hearts
italy - life is beautiful
dutch - blood brothers
japanese - ju on [the grudge ]
russian - nightwatch/daywatch
korean -the red shoes
chinese -cj7[yes its for kids but its bloody funny]
german - anatomie 2 [i prefer the 2nd to the original]
french - amelie[but my fave french horror is eyes without a face]
spanish-el orfanto[the orphanage ]
hong kong -the eye
also i wanna know fave english , aus /new zealand ,irish ,scottish and general fave films too???
mine are .....this is england , muriels wedding , black sheep , [ireland has two cos i cant decide] the butcher boy /the magdelene sisters , trainspotting , and my all time fave is the omen [original]
i anticipate some good answers from real film fans
