Please take time to double-check the format of those cards. Afterwards, I'll print them out.

In my opinion "Double-check" is rather colloquial, try "review" in its place. Also, because you are asking for something to be done, personalize your final thank-you with something like " I appreciate your prompt attention", which sounds more meaningful than the common thank-you.

Otherwise, your grammar and spelling are correct.
