OMFG. That is brilliant. Love me some brutal noise.

I caught this track on the on demand video section of my cable subscription and I usually hate this sort of middle of the road wishy washy tripe but I really like this. So much so I got the album the next day.

Ethiopian Jazz is great. It's interesting how its made something of a revival in recent years, fueled by that great Ethiopiques series, and a lot of sampling in the hip hop and electronic music community.

Just started listening to Galaxie 500 a little while ago, but I think this song is pretty incredible. The whole On Fire album is amazing.

Hears Alive by Mastodon. Decided to download Leviathan last night. I like it...it's not as good as Crack the Skye though.
