what are ways to make my place of business more green?

I have to complete "Green Goals" for work this year and I can't think of ways to make the company I work for greener. Examples of previous "greenery" are eliminating paper plates and using dishes and a dishwasher, providing recycling bins for cans, bottles, misc paper, etc. The company is already pretty green, so I'm having trouble thinking of a new idea. Any help? Thanks a lot.
 
don't use a lot of electricity! If you are working mainly during the day and there are windows you don't need many lights. Computers and printers and anything plugged in to the wall should be completely turned off and unplugged when not in use. The "vampire effect" sucks 5-10% of energy out of the walls when things are plugged in even if they are off.
light bulbs can be replaced and if heating lower the temperature 2 degrees and if cooling raise it 2. The little things help a LOT!
