What are three ways that cars impact United States resources and the environment?

1. The carbon dioxide gas from the exhaust of cars stimulates the growth of green plants.
2. The manufacture of cars requires the skills of hundreds of different people, giving them jobs by which they support families at no expense to taxpayers.
3. Cars give individual citizens a freedom resented by large oppressive government.
 
1.cars fueled with gasoline or diesel will produce unburnt hydrocarbons which is a real threat to atmosphere and human life. for instance if Hydrogen in excess(from fuel) combines with Ozone(O3) and nitrogen in atmosphere it may result in the formation of nitric acid.
H + N+ O3 ->HNO3
this may fall as acid rain on to the earth
2.bio diesel is a recently developed fuel alternative for diesel from fossil deposits.in order to obtain more bio diesel(proportionally more money) the farmers started to cultivate bio diesel plants instead of food crops. so naturally the minerals in the land gets wasted and the food productivity of the country also gets decreased.
3.i contributes to noise pollution in some way or other
