What are these weird scratches?

Freddy Krueger? Idk. How can you recreate the scratch from trying to bend your arm that way? Doesn't make any sense. I would not ask questions and just go to the EMERGENCY ROOM if I woke up with large scratches over & over. My god.

I keep waking up with weird scratches on my stomach. I was at my grandmas and she doesnt have any pets, and I tried recreating the scratch and i cant bend my arm that way without really trying. My most recent is about 6 inches long and looks like someone cut my with a butterknife. Its not the first but it is the biggest I have had. They are always vertical and in no pattern that i can see. What could be happening?
