I have red dots on my upper arms, they have been there my whole life. I have gone to a doctor but he didn't really care about them. I know a few people who have them but no one knows why. They do not itch and they are not raised. but they do seem to be around my arm hair and sometimes they have dead skin in them. Any clue what it is and how I can get rid of them?
