What are these AP Classes like? AP Gov/Econ, AP Statistics, AP Biology, and AP

Psychology? What should I know about these classes before signing up?

ALSO:

My options are:
Take AP Biology and AP Psychology in Junior year and take AP Gov/Econ (1 semester Gov, 1 semester Econ) and AP Statistics Senior Year.

Is this a good idea?

Note: I took regular Biology in Sophomore year, A/B+ entire year
