What are the weird scratch like marks on my hand, they appear randomly?

Avery random Q.
Every so often (maybe once in six months) I get these scratch marks on my hands, just 2 or 3. But its like a proper scratch where the lines are slightly brown that comes off in a few days. But its al ittle itchy and and rough.
I dont remember scraping my hand against anything sharp so im getting really curious as to whats causing this.
Its a very random thing but if anyone has any insights it would be great.
 
Sometimes my skin gets scratch mark looking things because my hands are so dry that they crack and bleed.

Do you have dry hands? Are they red and irritated? Is it cold where you live? I get it in cold weather. Just a thought.
