What are the small (smaller than ant) soft bodied bugs with antennae in my

vegetable garden? They are everywhere and it seems they are killing my collard greens. They don't fly but they move really fast and jump around. HELP I found them in my rug in the house too! I tryied to catch them on a piece of scotch tape and got easely squished, they are everwhere, they make it seem like the ground is moving.
