What are the set-ups that imitate real homes in ikea and other sttores called?

in response to the first answer to this question, this is the kind of question that needs to be answered.
like, the things where there are a bunch of kitchens an dyou can go through and see what each stove and stuff looks like in a real time situation. Or living room sets, with a couch and some chairs and a coffeee table
