other..? In may my sister caught her husband at a hotel with another soldier who is also married. Within a few days he was scheduled to leave for iraq. While in iraq she found him telling the girl that he loved her on her facebook and reported it to his command. They obviously denied it. The female soldier as well as my brother in law were told they were to have no contact with each other. Immediately my sister started getting nasty emails from the female and her husband stating they were just friends. He was injured in iraq and came home in july. Since, my sister has found emails, photos of him and the other soldier with her children. he forced my sister out of their military base home and she moved back to her hometown. if there is a no contact order why is the command allowing him to live in the same house with the female married soldier and telling himt hat as long as they are not having sex that it is ok?????
he just made her feel unwanted that is why she left the house. as for the other comment wihch i didn't even bother to finish reading...he is no my ex brother in law he is still married to my sister and i have every right to be involved !! thank you to the other person i have suggested that to my sister but he keeps on telling he wont sign divorce papers because he loves her and wont let her go. she has been with him since she was 17 and is now 32. they got married finally a few years ago but they both looked at marriage as just a piece of paper and they didn't need it. and now this just a few years later. i just dont understand why they are letting him get away with this when i know other soldiers that hve had to go thru court martials because they were seperated from their spouse for over a year before even joining??
