What are the right foods and right time to eat?

Hello yahoo world! I was trying to figure out what is the best diet for me. Anyone who'll suggest the best diet for me? I am too fat and find hard to lose weight because of my aggressive eating habit. I try to look for a diet that will not compromise my attitude as an active eater. How could it be?
