I want to find out the "Ins and Outs" in opening a business in the Philippines, what I mean by Ins and Outs is will I get taxed on it? will I be penalized if I am living in the US and having a business out of the country those kinds of issues. I want to further find out options to avoid these types of issues. I have an idea about opening a business under a relatives name and bank account information.. please help
