what are the requirements to join the salvation army?

hey im junior im 17 i have a cpr card and am gonna be a registered EMT in jun of 2010 an well i need to pay back my dues and feel like joining the salvation army to go help out when disaster strikes our country im not sure about going to other countries but aahhh what the hell i don't care i help out any poor defenseless struggling person so i wanna join and leave asap what do i need ?im not talking about volunteering im talking about job. so please let me know. thanks
