What are the required SAT Subject Test Scores for Harvard?

Hello, I am a Bulgarian student who wants to apply for Harvard. I took the SAT Subject Tests in Meth 2, Physics and Biology M. My scores are 630, 630 and 800. My SAT Reasoning Score is 800 (Math), 660 (Writing) and 570 (Reading); so 2030. I also got a 4 on the AP Biology Exam. Is that enough to get into Harvard or should I take the ACT as well. I also thought that my Math 2 score is very low because I had problems with the English, however, they probably don't care about that. Should I retake the Math 2 Subject Test. Please help me I would appreciate it a lot.
