If the resevoir is full, then you need to flush the system and refill with clean fluid. If you're going to do it yourself, disconnect the low pressure hose (the one with the hose clamp) at the resevoir and aim it into an empty jug. Plug the nipple on the resevoir. Have a friend start the car and turn the wheel all the way left then right and back again several times while you keep adding fresh fluid. When it starts coming out clean, stop the engine, reattach the hose and top off the fluid. If it doesn't quiet down after a day or two try draining then adding 8 ounces of Lucas Engine Oil Additive to the resevoir.
