What are the procedures to cooking rice?

Heat pan

Add oil

Heat oil

Add salt/seasoned salt

Heat salt/seasoned salt

Add 1 cup rice

Mix rice with oil and salt; toast lightly

Add 2 cups water, stir and stir again

Put a square of foil on the top and then clamp on the lid

Bring rice to the boil

Reduce to lowest heat and set a timer for 15 minutes

Remove pan from heat

Set timer for 5 minutes (or hold rice, covered up to 5 hours)

Fluff with fork
