What are the positive sides in taking technology science/ applied business?

2nd year in highschool, and I took technology science instead of communication technology! I just had my first lesson yesterday and it was SOOO boring!! I also took business (but the one that grade 9's learn) by mistake... I tried talking to guidance about changing it but they said: "Too bad, you chose it".

Is there a bright side in taking technology science/ applied business or am I stuck?!
