What are the politest and rudest Hasidic neighborhoods in the Northeast?

If you had to live in a Hasidic neighborhood, where would you most like to live and what neighborhood would you avoid?

I hear the Hasidim in the Five Towns area are bad. Non-Hasidic Jews seem to complain about their rudeness a lot. One Jew said that in Five Towns, the Hasidim routinely walk five abreast in the middle of the street on Saturday and won't get out of the way of cars. He compared driving in Five Towns to "Jewish slalom." They don't give thanks when people open doors. They bark orders at non-Jewish housekeepers and cut in line at stores. Generally, they carry on with a holier-than-thou attitude toward non-Jews and non-Orthodox Jews.

I haven't heard nearly as many complaints about Crown Heights, Boro Park, or Williamsburg, but Kiryas Joel seems to get a lot of unfavorable reviews.
