There's a rebate incentive for Toyota's ending 11/30/10. I can't buy the 2010 Highlander I am considering until December ($ isn't freed up now) so who has industry experience as far as December rebates -- good odds this year? If so, do they usually wait until the end of the month? Any recommendations on non-sales/non-referral websites that will tell me about rebates offered state-by-state/regionally?
