Om, there is a movie called "the girl next door" - no not the cute teen one, but another one that deasl with torture, uts pretty fcuked up, even though you dont actually see most of the torture, you can imagine it
 
Saw is too tame for you? Good Lord! You've seen all of them, right? Shit....I tell you there is a lot of fucked-up shit in there......

Anyway, Salem's Lot, the new Punisher movie, Blair Witch Hunt, the Resident Evil Series, and Joyride are some that come to mind.....Evil Dead was also good (Ash Williams is the sack!). Just some I took off the top of my head.
