What are the laws of minors having intercourse or other sexual activities generally in the United States? Like for age and all? Lets say im 16 and my girlfriend is 15, we both decide to have sex. Is it illegal? And how much trouble could we get in?
 
If neither one of you is a cop, you should be fine. Sex without love causes problems and makes people dumb, but you are teenagers, so whats the difference?

first off you dont get in trouble if you mdont tell anyone. Your not gonna be like hey momk i banged that chick high five. So dont tell anyone and you'll be fine plus your both underage so it doesnt matter
