I own a restaurant and I am planning on/looking into serving hookah in there. I wanted to know what kind of laws are in place in the state of New Jersey in regards on smoking in a establishment that serves food. From what I understand you can not smoke in a establishment where food is served. But I know a number of places in north New Jersey that serve food and you can smoke hookahs while you eat. So can I serve hookah along side with food. If you do not know what a hookah is. It's a water pipe where you smoke flavored tobacco out of.

You can smoke in new jersey restaurants.
They break it up into sections. non-smoking and smoking.

No smoking indoors at a public place in NJ, goes for bars, lounges, resturants...
