what are the flight schools offering cheap courses?

hello well i want to become a commercial pilot and would need some advices...

1. is there a great demand for commercial pilots in the world at present?

2. what are the cheapest flight schools where i can do my pilot training (up to CPL) as i can only find around $30000 for the course.
