what are the financial documents i need to prepare if i call my wife on F2 visa?

i am on F1 (STUDENT VISA) and am done with my studies and currently on OPT.I need to bring my wife here to US on F2 visa.Could anybody tell me what are the financial documents i need to prepare and how much finances should i show in order for her to get the visa.
can i call her on visit visa instead?
