What are the fee I have to pay if I buy a car from private seller?

Hi, I am about to purchase this Honda Accord 2000, has 150 000 miles on it, the guy is selling it for 4400. I really want to know how much do I have to pay in addition to the cost of the vehicle itself? Thanks a lot.
