Well first of all, let me just note the difference between an incubus and a succubus: an incubus comes to women to sleep with them; a succubus comes to men.

In German folklore, an 'alp' is likened to an incubus because it will come in the middle of the night and sit on your chest, an early interpretation of the causes of sleep paralysis, etcetera. There is El Trauco in Chiloe myths, which seduces women. The Brazilian myths of a Boto are most like your common incubus, as they seduce women and take them into the water with them. Lastly, in Zulu myths, there is the Tikoloshe, a Bigfoot-like creature, which is most known for its causing chaos but also for raping women.
