I started a new job at a sea food restaurant. The training is lets just say non existent. They expect you to know it all. We serve Tuna, Flounder and Salmon. I have heard the waitress' ask if they want it grilled or baked but i know that for one of these fish they do not grill it. and what about blackened? What are the questions i need to ask my customers when they order this food? I know this sounds like common sense however I don't eat seafood so i have never been around it.
