What are the differences of salsa? Whats the best salsa !?

When I'm in the valley and near the Mercado, I pop on in there and buy it by the pint. They have many different types ready to go. If not that, then it's homemade for me. I don't like the jarred or canned stuff.
And yeah, it's probably the pico de gallo that you like with the tomato chunks in it. But then, different restaurants make different sauces and can call them whatever they wish.
 
I really like salsa that has real tomato pieces that arent all soggy and and runny. I no fresh made would be the best but thought some of you might know whats best on the market ... also what is this kinda salsa called?
