what are the differences in ported vs sealed?

I am going to be installing a set of kicker L7s in the future and I am not sure if I want to do ported or sealed.
what is the difference between them?
which would you suggest?
 
Ported box allows more airflow to flow through the box. Hits the lows way better and louder.

Sealed will have better sound quality.

I go ported always.
