...citizen without authority to? Ok,what can police do about you owning missle projectiles? there is a guy next door to me that owns some and i want to get to the bottom of this.IF YOU COULD GIVE ME A SITE TO GO TO THAT WOULD BE FANTASTIC...AND THANK YOU FOR ALL YOUR HELP.
