What are the consequences of using an integrated GPU in gaming?

I have a laptop with an i3-m330 processor and it has an Intel Graphics Media Accelerator integrated into it. I have Fallout 3 (a game that shouldn't run on these specs) running on my CPU alone. I've programmed it to recognize my CPU also as the GPU in my system. The game runs smooth on medium quality. But the only thing I've noticed is the temp of my CPU (monitored with a program on my taskbar) gets a little higher. My computer usually runs at 30-45 celsius on typical usage but can get up to 50-60 when playing, sometimes more. The T-Junct Max on my laptop is 90. Am I possibly damaging the CPU or is this to be expected? Any info related is welcome.
