What are the chances of getting a book published as a teenager?

I was wondering what are the chances of getting a book published as a teenager and what are the steps to get your book published? Details are very helpful. Sometime in the near future I hope to try to accomplish getting a book to a publisher and reading my book. Please help me.... I'm stumped. Thanks in advance.
