What are the chances of conceiving with clomid 50mg and pre seed?

I have been ttc for 14months now and this month will be our first month trying pre seed and using clomid. My doctor put me on prometrium to make AF come and im still waiting on her..this is the first time i have ever been happy to see her...but still waiting. lol but anyhow I wanted to know some sucess stories and % of my chances of getting a PBF
