...total loss/written off? - my car was rear ended and the car has damage to the door,side skirt,rim is bent, axle is pushed in, and bumper broken.

i was told damage is 3500.00 and my car is a 2007 chevy malibu with 86,988 km (53 437 miles)

what are the chances of a total loss/write off by the insurance?
 
It is most likely totaled. an impact like that will mess up the subframe and those are much more costly to replace, all the other stuff is rather costly as well.
