What are the best universities for political science?

I don't have high enough SATs to get into an Ivy League school, but I'd love to get into a good political science program (preferably on the East Coast, but others are fine as well) that would help start either a career as a political analyst or an elected official.
Any suggestions?
 
Tufts, near Boston has a good political science program and i think their international relations program is ranked the best in the world.
