What are the best Tyres to put on 2007 Jeep Wrangler 4 door?

first of all i live in WA, there are many regulations as to what tyres and rims are allowed to be put on a jeep wrangler, mainly for insurance purposes... but i want big tyres with nice rims - does anybody know any that i could put on?
It is still stock, I haven't lifted it but may want to in the future...
